The team at Cigal Kaplan Interiors offer a comprehensive design service for all aspects of the interior decoration. The services range for any size of project, whether a single room or an entire house. Choose one, or several, of our design packages, or work with us to build a bespoke service perfectly tailored to your needs.

INTERIOR DESIGN STARTER PACK

We get together for a three-hour meeting to discuss ideas and suggestions on how to style the room, or rooms, of your choice. We will go through a colour, style and furniture questionnaire to determine your preferences. For this furnishing package, we will suggest materials, fabrics and accessories for the spaces, and give you tips and examples of how to restyle them.

INTERIOR DESIGN PACKAGES

BRONZE

We work together designing your space, whilst you manage the project yourself.

  4. Lists of all furniture, fabrics, and accessories.
  5. A complete costing for the design project
  6. You select whether you want to manage the project or ask us for a quote.

SILVER

We design according to your unique taste and manage the project for you.

  4. Purchase of materials
  5. Supervision of suppliers and order tracking
  6. Construction coordination
  7. Project delivery

GOLD

This is the Deluxe version of the Silver Package where, in addition to everything included there, we manage the finer details, including:

  1. Sourcing and scheduling all fixtures, fittings and soft furnishings and checking quality
  2. Credit and reference checking of tradespeople and vendors/suppliers
  3. Resolving day-to-day issues and queries
  4. Furniture ordered and installation
  5. Art is hung, beds are made, flowers in vases
  6. White glove delivery

OUR PROCESS

Cigal asks questions to learn about to the client’s unique lifestyle, personality and design goals in order to customise a beautiful, refined interior. She will collaborate with architects, tradespeople and contractors to fulfill the vision seamlessly. Each package follows a similar process, varying in the design, finishes and level of service desired.

STEP 1

Consultation

Questions regarding the specific function(s) of the space, who will be using it, and details of furniture and equipment requirements will be discussed.

  • Initial property analysis to determine scope of project, requirements, and budget.
  • We will go through a colour and style questionnaire to determine your preferences.
  • On-site interview, record measurements, and take photos of existing layout.

STEP 2

Develop Detailed Concept Mood and Material Boards

Select:

  • Paint/palette preferences
  • Colour, materials and fabrics
  • Accessories
  • Sketch layout

STEP 3

Design

Draft, Develop and Finalise Design in Greater Detail

  • Meet with architect where relevant
  • Present working drawings, plans of the final design with furniture layouts, fixtures, plumbing and electrical outlets
  • Millwork/Custom cabinetry and built in design, flooring, and ironmongery
  • Source furniture, finishes and materials
  • Lighting plan and fixtures
  • Layout of audiovisuals and electrical items
  • Present final design, solicit feedback and gain approval for design

Quote

  • Prepare estimated budget and timeline

Administration

Solicit Bids and Vendor Selection

  • Document and solicit bids
  • Collaborate on vendor selection
  • Purchase order and fee negotiation

Coordinate Materials Delivery
